I want commisssion from you! Where can I send my OC to get the quote?

-The character can be sent to one of the specified communication links: email or Instagram.

How to pay? Can I pay with payment plan?

-I accept payment on Boosty or send an invoice for payment. Payment method through Boosty: follow the payment link, select the goal "COMMISSIONS AND DONATION", enter the required amount, select the payment method and make sure that the payment has been received. It is also worth sending a screenshot of the payment. Yes, payment plan is possible, but for this payment method I charge a small commission: 4% for the 2 month payment plan and 10% for the 4 month.

My first payment is sent! What I need to do next?

-Wait for your order to be processed. I can start making it earlier or later, it depends on the complexity of the character and the materials available in the workshop. Sometimes you need to order fur or fabric in the desired color, and logistics are a lengthy process.

I don't want a fursuit anymore! Will I get my money back?

-No, because I accepted your order and ordered materials for it. This is stated in the ToS. ToS

My fursuit is ready and has been sent. How long will the parcel take to reach me?

-Average shipping times are: 1 to 4 weeks for courier EMS shipping and 1 month to 4 months for standard shipping.

My fursuit is lost! What to do?

-Do not panic ahead of time, delays during transportation may occur due to holidays or other logistics problems. If your fursuit is lost, I can write to you by email in order to find the sent package. If the package is lost, I am not responsible for it, but I can help you find it. Each parcel is insured against theft, so payment is possible in the amount in which the postal carrier will pay me for the inconvenience caused.

I can't pay! What to do?

-Make sure you have enough funds to make the payment. Call your bank and ask them why. PayPal can sometimes consider the payment as something incorrect and cancel the transfer.
